Hello there!

I’m Tori, a full-time photographer and adventurer based in the foothills of Denver, Colorado with my husband and our pup Murphy. I am married to a rocket scientist and together we backpack, climb, ski, hike, and have been skydiving and hot air ballooning. He is truly my other half and makes some seriously great french bread (with lavender, brie, and honey - oh my!). We tied the knot ourselves December 2016.

I am originally from the East Coast and I attained my B.F.A in Photography from Savannah College of Art & Design. Up until recently I primarily shot fashion and lifestyle imagery, but after interning in New York City for Conde Nast’s W Magazine, I quickly realized that I did not enjoy the lifestyle that was to come along with working in the big city. I began shooting weddings, and I instantly knew I had discovered where I really wanted to be, in the mountains and photographing love.

Beyond photography, I love to travel. I love to experience new ways of life through different cultures, people, and their food. I may have grown up on the beach for the majority of my life, but I am a mountain girl at heart. Under a starry sky in a cozy tent, or up above the rest of the world on a mountain top at sunrise is when I feel most alive. No adventure is too far and no idea too big.

I am striving to incorporate my love of the great outdoors with my passion for photography. I am looking to attract like-minded couples who have that same adventurous soul, who aren't afraid to get married on that cliff, get tossed in the salty waves at sunset covered in sand, or backpack to their favorite spot in the wild to elope. Sound like you? Lets make it happen

Head on over  here to contact me or just send me an email at torimercedesware@gmail.com and lets set up an adventure!
I am available for travel worldwide.

A few fun facts:

1. Lavender ice cream. I could survive on just this.

2. My husband and I spent 9 weeks eating our way through Thailand & exploring in summer 2016 (spicy thai food is my all time favorite).

3. In my spare time you might find me endlessly browsing thrift stores, I am obsessed! Check out my little vintage shop Kepler & back

4. After graduating college, my dear friend Ginx & I hiked 300+ miles of the Appalachian Trail. One day maybe I will hike it start to finish.
